This is Zarcon track by HummersRock. It’s bizarre with an unique style that resembles to that of the HummersRock’s MM2 screenshot edits. It’s small, colorful, with traffic and pedestrians, few buildings and a tunnel.
Final unfinished version with hudmap, loading screen and other fixes.
