An useful tool for MM2 cities makers that allows to create and edit the .lmap files, used to place particular lightning or darking effects on city PSDL blocks. Developed by SuperSecret.
The feature that this program allows to create for the own cities is already used in the MM2 Revisited V4 mod by Dummiesboy for SF and London galleries and underground tunnels, for example.
