Windy City & Mini Windy City Edition Racepack

First release for MM1 by TigerHark. This mod in two .ar files add each a duplicate of Chicago city with new races, for a total of 65 of them (42 in the main Windy City and 23 in the Mini version). The new races consist in 15 Checkpoint, 30 Circuit and 20 Blitz. All of them have been designed for Amateur and Professional mode respectively. There are also 36 new Cops & Robbers locations.
