Piccadilly Circus Year 2000 Signs Mod

This is a new mod made by MysteryDriverX. It changes Piccadilly Circus to make it look more the way it was in the year 2000 (when Midtown Madness 2 was released). At night, the new advertisement signs glow and are animated. More, it changes the textures of the building.
