Widescreen Dashboard Fix

Available a new mod by Dummiesboy. It corrects the dashboards of default and Revisited cars when using a widescreen resolution. It also fixes some issues with default dashboards, such as the “hanging” bug when going over hills, inconsistent FOV values, and some inaccurate gauges. Also included is a small fix that corrects the width of San Francisco and London’s hudmaps.
