Two new mods

Has been released two new mods for MM2, of two different types.
There’s the Start Race Sound Mod, a good mod that changes the racing countdown sounds, and the second one is the Need For Speed: Most Wanted Siren for MM2 V2, a mod that changes the cop car sirens in SF.
