MM2 Revisited Final

The final version of the MM2 Revisited mod; it does a lot of more things than the first version, like make buildings look better from a distance, improve some textures, replace in-game models with better and unused ones, bust down all of the gates around Buckingham Palace, and much more. Probably the best feature of this mod is the new ability to drive on the Bay Bridge!
