Pelly-Bank City 1

A new city release for MM2. It’s the first version of Pelly-Bank City. This city is not so big, but it’s funny. It has got all what a good city needs, like breakable objects which glow in the dark, water, a skaterpark for your car, etc. It has two funny player cars.
