Riva’s Traffic Mod V3

New very good traffic mod from Riva. It replaces some traffic cars with 7 new models, all modeled by him. In SF the replacing regards more cars than in London. This is the first relase.
Attention: if you play with another mods (in particular with Riva’s SF Police Mod, release soon) or some high poly add-ons, you must lower the traffic inflow from the city selection to reduce game crashes; if you choose the maximum level, a crash to desktop is foreseeable, thank you.
