New Program: MM2 Car Skin Changer 7.6.5

The HQTM-Team has released version 7.6.5 of their Car Skin Changer.

MM2 Car Skin Changer was created to give you a deeper experience of the HQTM-Team’s cars. You can add your own textures, and download fixes from the HQTM-Team website to make their vehicle’s more releastic/enhance them. In this updated version, you can download the HQTM-Team updates on-line via the actual program.
