MM2 eXtreme Fixes

Yesterday, I fixed all the broken links and all the missed images in the Midtown Madness 2 Download Section and finally, after 1 year of inactivity the Midtown Madness 2 Screen Shots script is working again, it never worked on the old server but after some fixes now it’s working great.
